SHIMANO MULTISERVICE IS COMING TO TOWN

Shimanos Dave Arnauckas (Multi-Service Supervisor) announced that the 2008 season’s schedule has been finalized. Shimano Multi-Service has three full-time technicians as well as a fleet of purpose-built cars. They will support more than 50 events in the States, including the U.S.A National Championships and Ride the Rockies. You can find the complete schedule at www.Shimano.com.

Shimano Multi Service technicians have been supporting riders since 1995, at all levels of competition, from elite races and regional rides to world-class competitions. Our mechanics are part a global team that provides technical support to the UCI, France Cycling, and Norbas. We support Pro Tour events such as the Giro dItalia or the Vuelta a Espana.

World-class racers as well as weekend riders can expect the same service from Shimano mechanics. Shimano technical support is free to consumers and promoters.

The Multi-Service staff also provides training for mechanics in bicycle shops at national and regional seminars. They also train the next generation at the Bill Woodul France Cycling Clinic in Colorado Springs.

Multi-Service is also an important part of the product feedback loop. Our engineers receive feedback from riders, racers and shops so they can create new products that meet the needs of all types of cyclists. This is another example of Shimano’s Engineered for the Way You Rider.
